WHAT ARE THE NEW CUSTOMS RULES FOR EU CUSTOMERS?

Please note that due to new UK export rules, orders shipped to EU countries may incur additional duties or taxes which will need to be paid by the recipient before delivery. Any items returned to us due to non-payment of duty may incur a restocking fee to be deducted from any refund owed.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

UK standard delivery takes 3-4 working days, delivery to Europe takes between 5-10 working days, and the USA and the rest of the World takes between 5-15 working days. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipments may take slightly longer than usual. Additional duties & taxes may apply.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

Every Arcminute order is shipped via a trackable delivery method. The tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Items that you do not wish to keep should be returned to the below address within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in brand new condition with tags attached. Please fill out the returns form included in your order with your order number, items you wish to return and a reason for returning them.

We cannot offer free returns.

WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?

You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the items you return. If you paid for express shipping, this will not be refunded. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is due to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of payment.

WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE FAULTY?

If you receive a faulty item we will be happy to refund you in full or exchange the item. Please email returns@thearcminute.com and let us know.

JUST A FEW OTHER THINGS…

Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. Therefore please send any returns via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept any responsibility for loss in the post.
